The Financial Planning Supervisor is responsible for leading the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes of the company. This role provides critical financial insights, supports strategic decision-making, and ensures alignment of financial plans with overall business objectives. The position requires strong analytical skills, leadership in guiding analysts, and the ability to communicate financial results effectively to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the financial planning team in preparing budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Consolidate financial data across departments and business units for company-wide planning and reporting.
  • Analyze financial performance, variances, and trends; provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Develop financial models to support business cases, expansion plans, and capital investments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial planning reports and dashboards.
  • Coordinate with operations, HR, and other departments to align budget assumptions and forecasts.
  • Review and validate data accuracy submitted by analysts and department heads.
  • Support the CFO/Finance Manager in presenting financial plans to senior leadership.
  • Implement and improve financial planning tools, processes, and internal controls.
  • Mentor and develop financial analysts under supervision.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field, preferably CPA
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheet; experience with ERP systems or BI/reporting tools preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php33, Php35,000.00 per month
