Key responsibilities

  • Oversee payroll operations: Manage and ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll for employees in different countries.
  • Ensure compliance: Guarantee that all payroll activities adhere to the specific labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements of each country.
  • Manage data and accuracy: Maintain the integrity of payroll data and perform reconciliations and audits to prevent errors.
  • Coordinate with teams and vendors: Liaise with internal departments like HR and Finance, as well as external payroll vendors and service providers, to resolve issues and manage operations.
  • Handle employee inquiries: Act as a point of contact for employees to address payroll-related questions and concerns.
  • Improve processes: Recommend and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and convenience in payroll operations.
  • Support audits: Manage audit requests and provide necessary documentation and information for internal and external audits.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and local labor and tax laws in multiple countries.
  • Experience with payroll software and HR systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills to interact with employees, vendors, and internal teams.
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field is often required.

Skills and Qualifications:

⦁ At least 5 years' experience in Payroll Processing

⦁ At least 3 years in a supervisory role

⦁ SAP experience required

⦁ Global Payroll experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php75,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
