The Role

We are seeking a dedicated People & Operations Generalist who will take ownership of establishing essential HR processes, ensuring administrative functions are efficiently managed, and collaborating closely with our Account Managers. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting seamless client delivery, particularly through effective hiring, onboarding, and providing regular people updates each week. This position is hands-on and is ideal for individuals who thrive on creating and implementing organizational structures and systems, rather than merely maintaining existing ones.

What You'll Do

HR (Core)

  • Run onboarding/offboarding: checklists, 201 files, asset issuance/return, accounts access, exit docs.
  • Keep HR data clean in HRIS/trackers (Jeonsoft or similar): employee records, contracts, addenda, memos, COEs, government forms.
  • Benefits & compliance: SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG enrollments & updates, HMO movements, DOLE notices.
  • Timekeeping and payroll QA in Jeonsoft: validate logs/OT/ND/leave before cut-off, prepare and reconcile payroll inputs, coordinate corrections prior to posting.
  • Policy & discipline support: file notes, notices, schedule coordination, basic IR documentation.
  • Own recruitment administration: requisitions, postings, scheduling, background checks, and offer documentation while the Account Manager and Hiring Lead run interviews, selection, and final offers.

Admin and Operations

  • Office & vendor coordination: supplies, courier, IT handoffs, simple facilities requests.
  • Asset management: laptop barcoding, issuance logs, inventories, retrieval.
  • Basic finance ops support: form completeness, reimbursements packaging, pickup/delivery runs.

Client/Business Development (BD) via Account Managers

  • Help AMs translate client needs into role profiles, screening rubrics, and onboarding plans.
  • Prepare simple weekly headcount/attendance/people updates for AM review before client send-out.
  • Maintain candidate/employee status dashboards that AMs can share with clients.
  • Contribute short bios, process notes, and compliance snippets for pitches/credentials when asked.

Must Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years in HR Generalist/People Ops with admin exposure (BPO/startup/shared services a plus).
  • Solid grasp of PH labor basics and statutory benefits (SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG/DOLE).
  • Exposure to HMO Admin.
  • Comfort with timekeeping/payroll inputs, HRIS/trackers, Google Workspace/MS Office.
  • Clear, calm communicator; writes concise updates; handles confidential info with care.
  • Bias to action, checklist thinker, and happy to roll sleeves up on errands when needed.
  • Good level of English communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Nice-To-Have Qualifications

  • Experience supporting EOR/secondment or client-facing ops.
  • Basic recruiting tools (JobStreet/LinkedIn), simple dashboarding (Sheets/Looker).
  • Exposure to vendor management.
