Role Summary

Perform a wide range of administrative, procurement and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.

Procurement Duties:

  • Does timely procurement.
  • Answer, make phone calls.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal suppliers, etc.
  • Maintain contact lists of supplier's information.
  • Schedule travel arrangements.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Maintain office supply inventories, canvassing and/or purchasing.

Administrative Duties:

  • Provide general support to the team.
  • Process renewals of business permits, communication lines and data plan
  • Monitoring and processing of billing payments
  • Handles funds, revolving funds, petty cash etc.
  • Manages liquidations.
  • Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
  • Perform filing, encoding, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Sourcing maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
  • Assisting Finance Department with necessary reports.
  • Any duties assigned by Immediate Supervisor.
  • Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree graduate relevant to Business Administration, Office Administration courses; Preferably 1-3 years of experience.
  • Highly accountable;
  • Has exceptional understanding of Microsoft Office, Google workspace;
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal);
  • Capable of working effectively and productively;
  • Ability to maintain strong ethical and professional values;
  • The ability to operate in fast face environment.
