Partner Development Manager (Individual Contributor)
Work Locations: Makati City & Cebu City
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x Onsite, 2x WFH per week)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Compensation: Competitive Package + Performance Incentives
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Partner Development Manager to join one of our fastest-growing teams. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and enabling Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners to drive revenue growth and strengthen our partner ecosystem. This is a high-impact role where you will act as the key liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring strategic alignment and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new MSP partners to grow the partner-sourced pipeline.
- Ensure partners are certified and trained through enablement sessions.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to implement GTM strategies.
- Deliver strong partner account management, driving both sales and service excellence.
- Monitor and report on partner performance metrics (pipeline growth, revenue).
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking sessions.
- Lead weekly alignment calls with cross-functional teams for updates and strategy.
- Proactively address and resolve partner concerns while enhancing partner experience.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience in sales, partner development, or business development.
- Track record of exceeding sales or booking goals.
- Strong experience in end-to-end partner enablement and account management.
- Experience collaborating with direct sales and services teams to close deals.
- Ability to create quantifiable business cases that drive mutual partner investment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior executives and business owners.
- Exceptional listening and problem-solving skills with an empathetic approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and deliver results.
