This is a remote position.
The HR Admin plays a key role in supporting the Human Resources department by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining accurate employee records, and assisting with various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and compliance. This position helps ensure the smooth operation of all HR-related activities within the organization.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and reports.
- Support payroll and benefits administration tasks.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR procedures and company policies.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, employee events, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
