Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Recruitment & Admin Assistant to support our human resources and administrative operations. This role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating with remote employees, managing HR documentation, and performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job ads and source candidates for various roles.
  • Coordinate with all remote employees regarding their concerns and other work-related matters.
  • Prepare necessary documents such as onboarding materials and job offers.
  • Maintain and update HR-related files in Google Drive.
  • Schedule interviews, meetings, and onboarding calls.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Update Hubstaff tasks for weekly reports and tracking purposes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
  • Familiarity with Hubstaff or similar task management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Work Schedule:

  • Part-time, flexible hours.
  • Remote position

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php Php100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
