About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and people-driven HR Coordinator / Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our growing remote team In this role, you'll help us find amazing talent, support our team members, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be working closely with the HR Manager and other team members to manage schedules, coordinate recruitment, and assist with day-to-day HR operations.

What You'll Do

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle the full recruitment process — from posting job ads to interviewing and onboarding new hires.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Conduct reference checks and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new team members.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

HR Coordination & Support

  • Work closely with the HR Manager and other staff to coordinate work schedules, attendance, and shift assignments.
  • Help prepare and organize HR documents like contracts and onboarding files.
  • Keep employee records and HR databases accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in planning virtual team activities, recognition programs, and learning sessions.
  • Support HR initiatives and process improvements to keep our people experience great.

General Admin & Collaboration

  • Be the go-to person for HR and recruitment-related questions.
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and remote work standards.
  • Prepare reports and assist with other HR tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR coordination or full-cycle recruitment.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills — you're approachable and professional.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment and managing your own time effectively.
  • Proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR/recruitment tools (like ATS or HRIS systems).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a startup or staffing/recruitment company.
  • Familiarity with remote team scheduling tools.
  • Creative ideas for improving employee engagement and culture.
