Accounting and Admin Support Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and record day-to-day financial transactions (e.g., invoices, receipts, expenses)
  • Assist with accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations
  • Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
  • Maintain digital filing systems
  • Handle calendar management, email correspondence, and other administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with the US-based team for task updates and requirements
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and client expectations
  • Support ad hoc projects and other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting and/or administrative support
  • Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and bookkeeping
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be amenable to work on a graveyard shift
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
  • Willing to comply with health protocols or requirements in Marikina City

Job Type: Full-time
