You will be responsible for :

  • Assist with Recruiting process
  • Managing the onboarding and induction process for all new staff for legislative compliance, relevance and application;
  • Assist in reviewing policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Assist in the updating of HR systems and records;
  • Assist in all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle
  • Assisting in onshore and offshore recruitment;
  • Coordinate processes such as annual performance reviews
  • Support with HR projects both short and long term;
  • Assist with general administrative tasks including filing and data management.
  • Provide administration support for Project Administrator.

Ideal Candidate should have:

  • at least 1 year of experience including solid experience in recruitment within Industrial specifically in the BPO industry or Australian company
  • Strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements about HR practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • Willing to use own device (laptop/desktop) and use Hub staff for time and productivity tracking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
