Job Description:

About Us: The company is a growing mid-sized company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented talent to join

our team. This role is critical in ensuring strong back-office support. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience

in payroll and accounting functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

● Assist with the following HR related tasks

o Assist with onboarding new hires.

o Assist with following up with new applicants.

o Assist with ensuring all staff files are complete

o Payroll processing

● Assist with Accounting and/or light billing responsibilities

● Assist with general admin tasks including:

o Ensuring daycares are in compliance with licensing and all related documentation.

o Assist with other Backoffice activities.

o Assisting with other tasks and projects as directed

Qualifications:

● 3 years of experience in HR

● Experience with accounting a plus

● Intermediate Excel/Google Docs

● Fluency in English writing and speaking

● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

● Tech savvy, able to learn new apps quickly

● Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and via email

● Strong organizational skills

● Demonstrated history of working US hours

Shift / Hours – Night Shift: 8:00 PM PH – 5:00 AM PH outside of Daylight

Savings Time and 9:00 PM PH – 6:00 AM PH within Daylight Savings Time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php32,000.00 per month
