HR Assistant

You will be responsible for :
- Assist with Recruiting process
- Managing the onboarding and induction process for all new staff for legislative compliance, relevance and application;
- Assist in reviewing policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Assist in the updating of HR systems and records;
- Assist in all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle
- Assisting in onshore and offshore recruitment;
- Coordinate processes such as annual performance reviews
- Support with HR projects both short and long term;
- Assist with general administrative tasks including filing and data management.
- Provide administration support for Project Administrator.
Ideal Candidate should have:
- at least 1 year of experience including solid experience in recruitment within Industrial specifically in the BPO industry or Australian company
- Strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements about HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- Willing to use own device (laptop/desktop) and use Hub staff for time and productivity tracking
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
