Job Description:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
  • Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh
  • Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
  • Ensure that all equipment is in good working order and report any issues to management
  • Planning and supervising tasks carried out by the food preparation staff.
  • Accommodate guests' special requests
  • Design and formulate new seafood products (fresh, frozen, canned, smoked, etc.).
  • Improve taste, texture, shelf life, and nutritional profile of existing products.
  • Develop marinades, coatings, or value-added seafood products tailored to consumer preferences.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Chef
  • With experience in slicing Sashimi
  • Knowledge of cooking methods and technique
  • Ability to work in a fast- paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong attention to detail
