About the role

LIZSIL INTERNATIONAL MANPOWER AGENCY' is seeking a Non-voice Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Ayala Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila. As a Non-voice Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various digital channels, ensuring our clients' needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other digital channels
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to customers
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure proper documentation
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience
