What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other non-voice communication channels
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, resolving their issues efficiently and effectively
  • Identify and escalate complex customer cases to the appropriate team or supervisor
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive and professional interaction
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Fresh graduate or with 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to articulate information clearly
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • A positive, patient, and customer-centric attitude
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
