About the role

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team as Non-Voice Customer Service Representatives at TASK AGENCIES INC'. This is a full-time role based in Ayala Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila. As a Non-Voice Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other non-voice channels
  2. Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Providing product and service information to customers
  4. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
  5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

  1. Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English
  2. Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
  3. Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
  4. The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
