Customer Service Representative – Non-Voice Account (On-Site, Alabang)

The Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice Account) is responsible for delivering high-quality customer support through written communication channels such as chat, email, or online messaging platforms. The role focuses on resolving customer concerns, processing requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction in accordance with company standards and service level agreements (SLAs). This position requires strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and requests via chat, email, and ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, or account details.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions within defined guidelines.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher support levels when necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data privacy regulations.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions, coaching, and team meetings to continuously improve service quality.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and code of conduct at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Education: At least a Senior High School graduate or College undergraduate/graduate.
  • Experience: with or without BPO experience. Preferably with BPO experience, but open to all with excellent communication skills.

  • Skills:

  • Strong written English communication skills.

  • Good comprehension and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, chat/email platforms, CRM tools).

  • Other Requirements:

  • Willing to work on-site at the Alabang facility.

  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills.

  • On-site (Alabang, Muntinlupa City)
