About the role

Lumer Universal Management Services Inc. is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice) to join our dynamic team in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients through various non-voice communication channels.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer enquiries and requests via email, chat, and other non-voice platforms
  2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience
  4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and document resolutions
  5. Assist with the implementation of new customer service initiatives and processes
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle complex customer queries
  3. Proficient in using various customer service tools and software
  4. Experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in a non-voice role
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive, professional demeanour
  6. Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
