About the role
Lumer Universal Management Services Inc. is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice) to join our dynamic team in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients through various non-voice communication channels.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to customer enquiries and requests via email, chat, and other non-voice platforms
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and document resolutions
- Assist with the implementation of new customer service initiatives and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle complex customer queries
- Proficient in using various customer service tools and software
- Experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in a non-voice role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive, professional demeanour
- Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
