About the role

This is a full-time, on-site customer service role with LIZSIL INTERNATIONAL MANPOWER AGENCY located in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. As a Non-Voice Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer support to clients, handling a range of customer inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat or other non-voice channels
  • Providing accurate information and effective resolutions to customer issues
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
