ARAM ENTERPRISES INC' is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative for Voice/Non-Voice Account to join our team in our Alabang, Muntinlupa City location. As a customer service representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support and assistance to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions and concerns
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address customer queries and concerns
  • Proficiency in using various customer service tools and software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
