Key responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Actively contribute to the development and implementation of best practices within the call centre
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address customer issues
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with call centre or customer service operations, preferably in the Alabang area
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and remain calm under pressure
  • A keen interest in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of the team
