About the role

LGH INTERNATIONAL SERVICES INC' is seeking a Non-voice Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila and offers an opportunity for fresh graduates to kickstart their career in the exciting world of customer service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing excellent non-voice customer support via email, chat, and social media channels
  2. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  3. Updating customer records and documentation as needed
  4. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Fresh graduate or entry-level experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer queries
  4. Proficiency in written and verbal English
  5. Familiarity with various customer service communication channels, such as email, chat, and social media
  6. Adaptability and the willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
