  • Processes employee benefits such as HMO enrollment, deletion, and availment requests, ensuring timely and accurate execution based on established procedures.
  • Coordinates with HMO providers and other vendors for benefit-related transactions, billing concerns, and service coverage.
  • Monitors the implementation and renewal of HMO-related programs and maintains related documentation (contracts, LOAs, summary reports, etc.).
  • Prepares and updates reports related to employee utilization of HMO and other company-initiated benefits.
  • Assists in the processing and documentation of government-mandated benefits (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, EC claims), liaising with respective agencies when necessary.
  • Monitors application and compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) benefits and other company mandated benefit programs across business units.
  • Assists in the implementation and tracking of special benefit programs, such as Flexible Benefits or wellness initiatives.
  • Maintains and updates employee benefit records, files, and tracking systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance with data privacy standards.
  • Responds to employee inquiries regarding company-initiated and government-mandated benefits, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Coordinates internal benefit-related communications, including email announcements, memos, FAQs, and reminders.
  • Maintains a network of contacts (e.g., vendors, government agencies, internal HR units) to support efficient implementation and issue resolution related to benefits.
  • Supports audit and compliance reviews by preparing and submitting required benefit-related documentation.
  • Performs other administrative tasks and support functions as assigned.
