We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with clients, is highly organized, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in managing client accounts and ensure their needs are met.
  • Prepare and process invoices, billing, and account statements.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and account reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate client records and account information.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve client inquiries.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships through timely communication.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting/finance team as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preferably with 1–2 years of work experience
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with accounting software is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php24,000.00 per month
