Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified sales associates, technicians, and support staff.
- Partner with store managers to ensure optimal staffing levels based on business needs and seasonal demand.
- Manage onboarding and orientation programs tailored to retail operations.
2. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Build a strong workplace culture that supports customer service excellence.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
- Implement employee engagement programs that motivate and retain talent in a competitive retail market.
3. Training & Development
- Design and deliver training programs for sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
- Support leadership development and succession planning for store supervisors and managers.
4. Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee payroll, incentives, and benefits administration.
- Develop fair performance-based incentive schemes aligned with retail KPIs (e.g., sales targets, customer satisfaction).
5. Performance Management
- Implement performance evaluation systems that recognize achievements and address performance gaps.
- Coach managers on effective feedback and performance improvement practices.
6. Compliance & HR Operations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, DOLE regulations, and retail industry standards.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation.
- Lead health, safety, and employee welfare programs across stores and warehouses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification is an advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years HR management experience, preferably in the retail, FMCG, or electronics sector.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll systems, and retail workforce dynamics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience in designing incentive programs for sales-driven organizations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
