Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified sales associates, technicians, and support staff.
  • Partner with store managers to ensure optimal staffing levels based on business needs and seasonal demand.
  • Manage onboarding and orientation programs tailored to retail operations.

2. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Build a strong workplace culture that supports customer service excellence.
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
  • Implement employee engagement programs that motivate and retain talent in a competitive retail market.

3. Training & Development

  • Design and deliver training programs for sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
  • Support leadership development and succession planning for store supervisors and managers.

4. Compensation & Benefits

  • Oversee payroll, incentives, and benefits administration.
  • Develop fair performance-based incentive schemes aligned with retail KPIs (e.g., sales targets, customer satisfaction).

5. Performance Management

  • Implement performance evaluation systems that recognize achievements and address performance gaps.
  • Coach managers on effective feedback and performance improvement practices.

6. Compliance & HR Operations

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, DOLE regulations, and retail industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation.
  • Lead health, safety, and employee welfare programs across stores and warehouses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 5 years HR management experience, preferably in the retail, FMCG, or electronics sector.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll systems, and retail workforce dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience in designing incentive programs for sales-driven organizations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
