Site Payroll and Benefits Supervisor

Job Purpose:

As a Payroll and Benefits Supervisor, you will ensure employees are compensated accurately and fairly while overseeing benefits programs that support employee well-being. This role is critical in maintaining trust and compliance in HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise payroll processing and validate accuracy.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and government-mandated contributions.
  • Resolve payroll-related concerns and inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with labor and tax laws.
  • Generate reports for management and audits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, or Business.
  • 3 years of payroll and benefits experience.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations.

  • Leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems.
