JOB DESCRIPTION
Recruitment process – interview and select potential associates, conduct reference checks and orientation.
· Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports
· Processes all Incident reports received by HR as per process manual by applying due process and implementing disciplinary actions.
· Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters by applying basic understanding of regulations and legal requirements related to employment and hiring.
· Supports retention initiatives by executing programs developed to improve associate morale, satisfaction, productivity and retention.
· Process Timekeeping, leave, and payroll management
· Compensation and Benefits management.
· Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Skills and Abilities:
· Good knowledge and ability in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Good verbal communication skills (active listening, speaks with confidence, uses proper etiquette, uses appropriate grammar/tone, displays appropriate temperament in conversations, relays information in a concise and logical manner, encourages open exchange of ideas and opinions).
· Strong written communication skills (prepares well written documents in a logical sequence, reports on recruiting/hiring efforts and associate relations issues)
· Effective interpersonal and collaborative skills, including presentation, facilitation and negotiation.
· Effective time management skills. Multi-tasks, prioritizes work tasks, utilizes resources effectively/efficiently. Adapts to changing work demands/priorities.
· Ability to investigate issues thoroughly and objectively.
· Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with management, associates, peers, and the public.
· Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
· Ability to identify problems, evaluate facts and formulate sound solutions.
· Makes effective hiring decisions. Prioritizes needs and balances recruiting efforts with hiring demands.

· Proven experience as an HR Generalist is a plus. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
· Candidate must possess at least a related Bachelor's/College Degree
