Site HR Associate

Job Purpose:

As a Site HR Associate, you will support HR operations and employee relations, ensuring that the workplace is compliant, engaging, and people-centered. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to gain broad HR exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle employee documentation and record management.
  • Support employee relations and grievance handling.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to engagement and wellness programs.
  • Generate HR reports and assist in compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or Business.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred (fresh graduates with strong academic standing are welcome to apply).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
