Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven HR Operations Associate with 4–6 years of experience in HR operations, particularly supporting US-based candidates. The role requires strong expertise in offer letter management, training calendar/report generation, compliance tracking, and HR reporting. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR policies, US employment requirements, and operational excellence in documentation and process management.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer Letter & Onboarding Compliance
- Draft, review, and release offer letters in alignment with company policies and compliance standards.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with US employment laws and internal audit requirements.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to ensure timely and seamless onboarding of new hires.
- Training Calendar & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain monthly/quarterly training calendars for HR and organizational development programs.
- Generate reports on training participation completion status for all new joiner
- Track compliance training completion and escalate non-adherence as required.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with US HR teams, Talent Acquisition, and managers to resolve queries effectively.
- Act as a single point of contact for offer management and HR operations reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably with exposure to US HR processes.
- Strong knowledge of offer management, compliance tracking, and HR reporting.
- Hands-on experience in HRIS tools, MS Excel, and reporting dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and process-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
