Responsibilities include:

- Performing the end-to-end recruitment process (Internship and Full-time)

  • Managing HR records including, resumes/CV, applicant logs, and employee forms.

  • Responding to HR-related queries within the company.

  • Assisting with the distribution/updating of training materials, manuals.

  • Assisting in Payroll and Mandatory Benefits.

  • Monitoring employees regards complying with Company Policy.

  • Guiding interns during their stay in the company.

  • Perform other job-related duties.

Minimum requirements:

- Organized and detailed-oriented

- Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Proficiency

- With leadership experience

- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino

- With Bachelors Degree in Human Resource/Business Management/Psychology
