Key Responsibilities

Compensation Management

  • Assist in preparing payroll data by providing accurate compensation details.
  • Help in maintaining salary records and updating employee compensation files.
  • Support the implementation of salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentives.

Benefits Administration

  • Coordinate employee enrollment in health, insurance, and retirement plans.
  • Handle employee inquiries about benefits and provide assistance.
  • Support vendor coordination for benefits programs.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain employee compensation and benefits records in HRIS.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports for audits and government compliance.

HR Support

  • Provide administrative support to the HR/Compensation & Benefits team.
  • Participate in employee orientation to explain compensation and benefits programs.
  • Assist in compensation surveys and market data gathering.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or HR operations.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and benefits administration.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
