Position Overview
The HR Associate plays a key role in supporting the organization's people strategies across Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, and Talent Acquisition. This role ensures compliance with company policies and labor standards, fosters a positive workplace culture, and contributes to attracting and retaining top talent.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Relations
- Assist in monitoring and ensuring employee compliance with company rules, regulations, and code of conduct.
- Support in handling employee concerns, documentation of cases, and administrative hearings.
- Maintain accurate HR records including coaching, citations, and disciplinary actions.
2. Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote workplace morale and culture (e.g., weekly mini-events, theme days, online/onsite activities).
- Organize major company events such as team building, year-end parties, and recognition programs.
- Gather and analyze employee feedback to improve engagement strategies.
3. Talent Acquisition
- Support end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
- Assist in posting job ads, conducting interviews, and coordinating pre-employment requirements.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers to ensure timely hiring.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply (especially with HR exposure).
- Candidates with relevant HR experience are also welcome, even if not graduates of Psychology, HR Management, or related fields.
- Strong English communication skills (oral and written).

Pay: From Php17,000.00 per month
