CASA One Residential is a U.S.-based real estate investment company specializing in acquiring, structuring, and reselling residential properties. We manage every stage of the investment cycle — from acquisition and transaction management to disposition — with a focus on operational excellence, speed, and data accuracy.
We are seeking a Transaction & Operations Coordinator to own the process of taking deals from contract to close. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role for someone who understands real estate transactions and can manage multiple properties and partners in parallel.
Key Responsibilities
1. Transaction Coordination
- Manage and maintain the Transaction Coordination Sheet (TC Sheet) to track all active deals.
- Coordinate daily with title companies, the acquisitions team, and the dispositions team.
- Follow up with title companies to verify lien status, escrow progress, title clearance, and closing timelines.
- Track and manage deadlines, documents, signatures, and status updates for all contracts.
- Ensure all deal files are accurate, complete, and compliant with internal standards.
- Maintain organized digital records in Google Drive, REsimpli, and Coda.
- Provide consistent communication and updates to internal teams and leadership.
2. Disposition and Seller Support
- Assist the disposition team by posting properties, updating listings, and managing investor communications.
- Call investors to share property details, gather feedback, and update buyer lists.
- Support sellers when needed, including relocation or housing assistance for foreclosure cases.
- Coordinate with property managers, rental agencies, or relocation programs when applicable.
3. Operational Reporting and Process Management
- Prepare weekly transaction and closing reports for leadership.
- Identify and document process gaps, proposing solutions for smoother operations.
- Maintain strong alignment with both acquisitions and dispositions to ensure deal flow efficiency.
Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in real estate transaction coordination, title, or back-office administration.
- Strong understanding of title, escrow, contracts, and closing procedures in U.S. real estate.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Professional and confident phone presence when speaking with title companies, sellers, and buyers.
- Highly organized and proactive — able to identify issues before they become problems.
- Available to work full-time during EST hours.
Preferred:
- Experience with real estate investment firms or wholesaling operations.
- Familiarity with tools such as REsimpli, PropStream, Google Workspace, Coda, and QuickBooks.
- Prior experience working directly with U.S.-based title companies.
