Schedule: Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST or 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM EST, with 30-minute unpaid lunch break (Saturdays optional but encouraged)

Remote Sales Agent (Work from Home)

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English proficiency
  • Strong work ethic and self-discipline
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • High emotional intelligence and professionalism on the phone
  • Coachable and eager to learn new systems and techniques
  • Resilient under pressure; can handle rejection and stay consistent
  • Confident, driven, and goal-oriented personality
  • Must have reliable internet and a quiet workspace (remote position)
  • Must have a camera
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Contact and follow up with inbound and outbound leads
  • Qualify prospects based on interest, need, and readiness to buy
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the closing team
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM after every interaction
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with prospects
  • Apply our proven sales frameworks and training to grow into a closing position
  • Clear growth path from Appointment Setter → Closer → Lead Closer
  • Work collaboratively with leadership and other team members to improve conversion rates
  • Proven systems and scripts to help you succeed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php235.78 per hour

Expected hours: 27.5 per week
