Endure Industries is a young, growing medical device manufacturer and distributor based in Upstate New York. We partner with factories around the world to provide reliable, cost-effective products to healthcare providers. We're a small, hands-on team building a more transparent, easy-to-use online marketplace for healthcare sourcing.

Role Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented Operations, Inventory & Finance Admin to help with day-to-day back-office work. You'll support inventory updates, order processing, vendor coordination, and basic financial tasks such as sending invoices through QuickBooks. This is a great role for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and wants to grow with a lean company. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain inventory in our software
  • Support daily order processing and basic shipment follow-up
  • Create and update purchase orders (POs)
  • Assist with vendor setup and simple email follow-ups
  • Help with EDI/order uploads and checks (training provided)
  • Send customer invoices via QuickBooks and match them to orders
  • Prepare simple reports or spreadsheets as needed

Qualifications

  • Based in the Philippines, working remotely
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Comfortable using software tools (inventory systems, QuickBooks, spreadsheets) - training provided
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in any of the following is a plus, not required:
  • Inventory/order management
  • Vendor or purchasing support
  • Invoicing, bookkeeping, or QuickBooks
  • E-commerce, logistics, or office admin
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to coordinate with a US-based team (some overlap with US Eastern Time is helpful)
