We're hiring a full-time Remote US Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruiting for US-based clients. This role requires strong ownership, high attention to detail, and the ability to deliver results across multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

  • $1,800 USD/month base
  • Up to $1,000/month in performance-based bonuses
  • Monthly payout (end of month via Rippling)
  • Long-term, full-time remote opportunity

What You'll Do:

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing assessments, and closing hires
  • Handle 5+ active roles at any given time
  • Make 3+ hires per month across various professional roles (e.g., legal support, admin, marketing, ops)
  • Maintain accurate candidate data across ATS, trackers, and shared systems
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams and hiring managers across time zones

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience for US-based roles
  • Strong command of English (written and verbal)
  • Proven track record of delivering quality hires in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Google Workspace
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple pipelines at once
  • Able to work US business hours (8:55 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
  • Strong communication and follow-through with both candidates and stakeholders
