About Us

As our clinics continue to grow, we're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to provide remote support to our Credentialing and Clinic Operations team.

You'll be working alongside supervisors, supporting credentialing, backend operations, and application management. This role is perfect for someone who is dependable, fast-learning, and eager to contribute to a growing healthcare team.

Position Overview

We're looking for a dependable and fast-learning individual to help support our team with administrative and operational tasks. Your role will primarily involve data entry, follow-ups, and ensuring that our clinic remains compliant and fully operational.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with credentialing tasks, provider applications, and follow-ups
  • Support backend clinic operations, including compliance tracking and document submissions
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry
  • Monitor application progress and support deadlines
  • Communicate clearly with the team and take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Stay organized and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communicator – both written and verbal
  • Willing to learn and able to adapt quickly
  • Self-starter who works well without micromanagement
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and understands the value of "getting things done"
  • Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new systems or tools
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

  • $600–$800 USD/month, depending on experience
  • Weekends off
  • Paid Time Off after 90-day review period
  • 100% Remote – work from anywhere

Important Note

This is a long-term remote position offered under an Independent Contractor agreement.

  • Candidates must provide their own equipment and maintain a reliable internet connection
  • Contractors are responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits

Payments are made bi-monthly (twice a month)
