We're looking for a reliable, detail-driven, and proactive Operations Manager based in the Philippines to help bring structure, clarity, and scalable systems to their internal operations. If you're passionate about streamlining workflows, building efficient processes, and enabling remote teams to thrive — this role is for you.

What You'll Own

As our Operations Manager, you'll lead the charge in building and optimizing the internal systems that power our day-to-day success. You'll work closely with leadership to turn ideas into structured processes and tools ensuring that our remote team operates with clarity, accountability, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) across all key workflows (client onboarding, service delivery, team operations, etc.)

  • Map and optimize internal processes to improve efficiency, communication, and accountability

  • Implement and manage project management software to track tasks, deadlines, and team deliverables

  • Develop onboarding frameworks to ensure smooth, professional integration of new hires into the team

  • Support invoicing workflows, ensuring processes are timely, accurate, and well-documented

  • Assist in recruitment coordination — from interviewing to workflow design for new roles

  • Identify and implement automation tools that reduce manual work and improve operational reliability

  • Report operational insights and performance bottlenecks to leadership with solutions-oriented thinking

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in an operations, project management, or systems-oriented role (remote or BPO/outsourcing background preferred)

  • Proven ability to create and implement SOPs, process maps, onboarding plans, and internal documentation

  • Hands-on experience setting up and using tools like Asana, ClickUp, Trello, , Notion, or similar

  • Familiarity with invoicing systems, financial workflows, or bookkeeping processes (a plus)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills — you thrive in a fast-paced, virtual environment

  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — and comfort working across departments

  • Tech-savvy mindset with a love for structure, systems, and smart automation

  • Must be Philippines-based with reliable internet and availability during EST business hours
