The opportunity

Exciting opportunity to join the dynamic customer service team at TASK AGENCIES INC' as a Non-Voice/Voice Customer Service Agent. This position is based in Ayala Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila and offers a competitive salary of up to 29k.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through both non-voice (email, chat, social media) and voice channels
  • Respond to customer inquiries, orders, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in using customer service tools and technology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
