About the role

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at TASK AGENCIES INC', you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. This full-time position based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City Metro Manila will give you the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers through non-voice (chat) and voice-based interactions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via chat or phone, providing friendly, knowledgeable and efficient support
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, guiding customers through the resolution process
  3. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our customer relationship management system
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  5. Continuously learn and expand your product and technical knowledge to better assist customers
  6. Contribute to the development of our customer service best practices and processes

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a technical support environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathise with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively diagnose and resolve customer issues
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management software
  5. A flexible and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
