About the role

DIMO ENTERPRISES & OVERSEAS PLACEMENT AGENCY' is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a CSR Non Voice Accounts. This is a full-time position based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. As a CSR Non Voice Accounts, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in a virtual, remote environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle a variety of non-voice customer service inquiries and tasks through email, chat, and other digital channels
  2. Resolve customer issues and queries in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Provide product and service information to customers
  4. Assist with the onboarding and activation of new customer accounts
  5. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to deliver high-quality customer service

What we're looking for

  1. Prior experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in a non-voice role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and various digital tools
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive attitude
  7. Fluency in English, both spoken and written
