About the role

We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team at LIZSIL INTERNATIONAL MANPOWER AGENCY'. As a Non-Voice (Chat)/Voice Tech Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. This full-time position is based in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues via chat and voice channels
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring a positive and resolution-oriented experience
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of all support activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex customer problems
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with product and service developments to enhance your knowledge and skills
  • Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in the call centre industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly diagnose and resolve customer issues
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and software, including chat and voice communication tools
  • Familiarity with customer service best practices and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Fluency in English and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
