Customer Service Representative (Voice & Non-Voice) – Alabang

As a CSR, you will be the frontline of our customer experience—addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information with professionalism and efficiency. You will manage interactions through both voice and non-voice platforms while ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Provide timely responses to customer queries via chat and email.
  • Offer clear, accurate product and service information.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Adhere to company procedures, standards, and compliance guidelines.
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Achieve performance targets for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Safeguard customer data and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
  • High School Graduate, Senior High Graduate, or College Level/Graduate. (Open for All)
  • Open to applicants with or without BPO experience; customer service background is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Willing to work onsite in Alabang and open to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient in basic computer operations and typing.
