Job Summary:

The HR Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for fostering a positive workplace environment by managing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining strong employer-employee relationships. This role ensures that employees are engaged, motivated, and aligned with company values while protecting the organization from labor-related risks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations concerns, grievances, and disputes.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, incident reports, and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
  • Investigate employee complaints, misconduct, and policy violations.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on employee relations issues and best practices.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Prepare documentation related to disciplinary actions, terminations, and employee investigations.
  • Support training sessions for supervisors and employees on policies, workplace behavior, and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction, turnover, and workplace climate, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR team on performance management, retention strategies, and organizational development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in employee relations, HR operations, or labor relations.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS is an advantage.
