- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints, misconduct, and policy violations.
- Draft and issue Notices to Explain (NTE), Notices of Decision (NOD), and other disciplinary documents.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and collective bargaining agreements (if applicable).
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all ER/LR cases and proceedings.
- Provide guidance to managers and supervisors on proper handling of employee issues.
- Participate in administrative hearings and prepare case summaries and documentation.
- Monitor trends in employee behavior and recommend proactive strategies to improve workplace culture.
- Coordinate with legal counsel and government agencies (e.g., DOLE) when necessary.
- Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and policy development.
