  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints, misconduct, and policy violations.
  • Draft and issue Notices to Explain (NTE), Notices of Decision (NOD), and other disciplinary documents.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and collective bargaining agreements (if applicable).
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of all ER/LR cases and proceedings.
  • Provide guidance to managers and supervisors on proper handling of employee issues.
  • Participate in administrative hearings and prepare case summaries and documentation.
  • Monitor trends in employee behavior and recommend proactive strategies to improve workplace culture.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel and government agencies (e.g., DOLE) when necessary.
  • Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and policy development.

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
