I. Description

The ER Assistant is a generalist that handles all facets of HR that includes employee relations, compliance, recruitment, engagement, and documentation.

II. Principal Responsibilities

  • Responsible for HR proper documentation including 201 files and compliance reports.
  • Handles employee relations and labor-related concerns such as employee discipline and due process.
  • Handles employee engagement and other activities set in HR calendar. Also assists for any unplanned activities set by the management.
  • Maintains database of employees and ensures proper filing of HR reports and policy updates.
  • Coordinates with the finance and accounting for the HR budget.
  • Assists the HR Manager with new programs and policy orientation.
  • Manages employee requests and processing of project briefs for approval of top management.
  • Assists in conducting of the performance management system, cascades evaluation forms and consolidates submitted forms.
  • Handles other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior from time-to-time.

III. Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or any related course.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • With extensive knowledge of the Philippine labor code.
  • Knowledge of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) is an advantage but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
