Job Overview:

The Key Accounts Officer is responsible for developing long-term relationships with corporate accounts, connecting with key business executives, and stakeholders. The position also liaises between corporate accounts and cross-function internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of WCC services according to customer needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identifies sales opportunities through networking and fact-finding, and prospects and closes new accounts;
  • Manages the execution of WCC agreements / contracts, and performs visual audits of accounts, and corrects compliance issues;
  • Manages and penetrates customers at all levels, and develops relationships with HMOs, accredited companies, and target accounts that enable achievement of plans and objectives;
  • Prepares and delivers effective company presentations and employs effective game theory and negotiating strategies;
  • Develops timely and accurate forecasts (volume & spend) for assigned accounts;
  • Forecasts and tracks corporate account metrics;
  • Identifies and grows opportunities to ensure sales growth attainment from corporate accounts;
  • Operates as the lead point of contact (POC) for any and all matters specific to WCMC corporate accounts;
  • Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
  • Develops trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders;
  • Ensures the timely and successful delivery of WCC QC services according to customer needs and objectives; and
  • Communicates clearly the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensures that QMS and other accreditation standards are implemented, monitored and documented; and
  • Performs any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in any related position.
