JOB SUMMARY:

The Key Accounts Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key clients to drive sales growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve business objectives. This role involves developing account strategies, handling negotiations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services. The Key Accounts Specialist plays a crucial role in strengthening client partnerships and expanding business opportunities.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Key Account Management:

· Identify and prioritize Conjug8 Corp. shareholders and hospital key accounts.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in client organizations.

· Understand the unique needs and requirements of each key account.

2. Strategic Planning:

· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategic plans for key accounts.

· Implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities and market penetration.

· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

3. Product Knowledge:

· Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical products, industry regulations, and market trends.

· Provide clients with information on new products, services, and innovations.

· Conduct product presentations and training sessions for key accounts.

4. Customer Support:

· Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.

· Ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

· Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer support.

5. Sales and Revenue Generation:

· Meet or exceed sales targets for assigned key accounts.

· Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue.

· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients.

6. Market Analysis:

· Conduct market intelligence activities as designed by marketing to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

· Provide feedback to internal teams on market conditions and competitive intelligence.

7. Implementation of Sales and Marketing Programs:

· Achieve desired results within budget.

· Implement sales and marketing programs according to design and agreed timelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· 2-4 years of experience in key account management, sales, or customer relations.

· Excellent negotiation and communication skills to manage client expectations.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive business growth.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
