Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Quezon City. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our key accounts. Your day-to-day tasks will include strategic account planning, business development, sales forecasting, market analysis, and resolving any customer issues or concerns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies and achievement of sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills, including data analysis and market research
  • Account Management experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Business Planning skills, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Customer Service experience, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Key Accounts management, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
