Key Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Relationship Development & Contracting - Build and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders across hospitals, pharmacies, wholesalers, and distributors; lead the negotiations for product listings, formulary inclusions, supply agreements, and contracts.
- Product Availability & Performance Management - Drive business development efforts to ensure products are available and visible in both hospital and trade channels; monitor performance metrics, manage inventory and delivery timelines, and maintain reliable support.
- Sales Growth & Revenue Optimization - Consistently meet or exceed sales and profitability targets; leverage upselling, cross-selling, and bundling strategies to increase account wallet share across both hospital and trade segments.
- Strategic Planning & Market Execution - Analyze trends, competitor moves, and customer needs to formulate account strategies; collaborate with marketing and medical teams to implement targeted campaigns, patient support initiatives, and awareness programs.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Compliance Management - Partner closely with internal teams—including supply chain, regulatory, marketing, and medical affairs—to align execution and drive customer satisfaction while adhering to healthcare regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Possesses 4–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, including at least 2 years in key account management.
- Proven skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship building.
- Strong understanding of hospital procurement procedures and trade operations.
- Skilled in using CRM systems and performing data-driven analysis
